Indian Institute of Geomaganetism Scholarships 2007

Applications are invited for Research Scholars

Indian Institute of Geomaganetism offers a Doctoral Programme in Geomagnetism and allied fields. Selected candidates may be required to do research work at Mumbai or other Centres of the Institute located at Tirunelveli (Tamil Nadu) Uttar Pradesh.

Scholarship:

Rs.8, 000/- per month (consolidated) for First and Second years and Rs.9, 000/- per month in subsequent year. In addition, book grant of Rs.6, 000/- as per annum is provided to the students registered for Ph.D. (Revision of the scholarship is under consideration). Hostel accommodation it also provided.
